Energy efficiency is a very important issue for us. We are investing in making as many of our properties as energy efficient as possible and solar energy is one way we are doing this.
As part of a wider energy strategy designed to reduce the overall carbon footprint of our homes through renewable energy sources, we have installed PV panels on over 1,200 of our properties.
In addition, we are able to offer other publically-funded organisations and housing associations the benefit of utilising our knowledge, supply chain and delivery expertise acquired over the two year project through an Access Agreement.
