Think Aloud groups – Formulation of policies, setting and monitoring standards and make recommendations on how performance can be improved. Commitment of 1 day every 8 weeks
Scrutiny Panel – “The Critical friend of Alliance Homes”. Scrutinise services and make recommendations on how to improve services. Commitment of 4-5 days every month
Speak Easy – Mystery shop Alliance Homes services and carry out telephone surveys’ to test customer satisfaction
Equality Assured – Promote equality and shape diversity within Alliance Homes
100 Club – Look over and comment on publications which will be sent to tenants
Hot Spotters – Conduct Warden Walkabouts, report issues & comment on communal grounds maintenance.
