Your New Home

Welcome card 2011


We check all our vacant properties to make sure they are safe and secure before you move in. 


Your new home will have any essential repairs completed before we give you the keys and will meet an overall standard that has been agreed with other tenants.   

 When you sign your tenancy agreement we will provide you with:

  • Helpful information about your new home, the local community and about us.
  • A follow up visit to meet you in your new home approximately four weeks later.
  • A chance to let us know how well you thought we dealt with you as a customer.

By knowing the views of you, our customer, we are able to provide services that are tailored to your needs. For this reason we ask all new tenants to complete a survey about becoming a tenant of Alliance Homes.
