Right To Buy

Right to Buy image
The decision to buy a home is probably the biggest financial decision that you will ever make and we want to make sure that you are fully informed of the process and the help available to you.

Application forms (Form RTB1) and a booklet are available from our office or by telephoning 03000 120 120. If you require a home visit to help you fill in the application we can arrange for this to happen.

Information for Alliance Homes Tenants

Whether you have the 'Right to Buy' will depend on the type of tenancy you have. In addition, certain types of homes may not be eligible for 'Right to Buy', such as temporary accommodation or specialist housing for the elderly.
