At Alliance Homes we believe we should all have a feeling of pride in our surroundings. Untidy-looking roads and estates make us feel bad about our local community.
We regularly inspect the areas where we own and manage property to:
- Monitor the services we provide
- Identify problems and repairs
- Identify proposals for improvements
Anyone is most welcome to join us on our inspections. This involves helping us to check outside areas, open spaces and the appearance of buildings to make sure that the neighbourhood is well kept.
