Anti-social behaviour & Fly tipping
We're still here to help if you're experiencing anti-social behaviour, just contact us in the normal way.
Household noise
With most of us spending more time at home, we’re likely to see an increase in household noise but it’s important that we’re tolerant and respectful of our neighbours.
DIY, children playing, and general household noise do not constitute anti-social behaviour.
If you’re experiencing anti-social behaviour, please contact us in the usual way.
Although we’re unable to conduct face-to-face home visits, we’re still able to provide advice and support over the phone.
What if someone doesn't follow social distancing?
It’s also important that we all follow the guidance on social distancing and self-isolation.
Some customers have contacted us to let us know about examples of this not happening in their community which we’re unable to enforce.
If you’re experiencing problems, you can consider whether it’s serious enough to contact Avon and Somerset Police.
You can do this via their online reporting form
Fly tipping & estate maintenance
We’ve continued to provide our usual services and have been helping to remove fly tipping and clearing rubbish from communal areas.
We’d like to remind customers that the Council’s recycling centres are open again but that you should only visit a centre if storing rubbish at home causes a health hazard. Check your local council’s website for full details.
If you experience issues with fly tipping in your area, contact us in the usual way.
