Marina Gardens’ Shared Ownership Homes Are Now Available

38 Shared Ownership apartments at Alliance Homes’s flagship development, Marina Garden in Portishead have been released for sale. This is the first phase release for the development with phase two homes for social rent and rent to buy coming in the Autumn.

Alliance Homes bought the landmark development from retirement accommodation provider, Lifestory, in Autumn 2021. Work to prepare the change of use of the 127-apartment development has been taking place over the last few months. The development now has 127 parking spaces, equal to the number of apartments.   

Of the remaining 89 apartments, 25 will be available as Rent to Buy and 64 will be available for social rent.  The homes for rent will be allocated based on housing need through the North Somerset Council’s Housing Jigsaw website.
