Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Ensuring the health and safety of our customers and colleagues is extremely important to us and we’re continuing to monitor Government information and guidance on how we should respond to coronavirus (COVID 19).

The new measures will come into force on 5 November and last until 2 December.

As per current guidance, we plan on running services as usual and the following will be in place:

Repairs, maintenance and essential servicing

We're continuing with our programme of essential servicing and carrying out repairs. Please be aware we're continuing to work through repairs from the previous lockdown and if you already have a repair scheduled, we intend to carry this out as planned.

We'll call you in advance of your appointment to see if you're happy for us to attend your home. If an operative needs to attend your home, they'll wear the appropriate PPE.

You can report emergency and new repairs in the usual way. There may be a longer wait for non emergency repairs but this will be discussed with you when you contact us.

Home improvements (planned works to kitchens, bathrooms)

We've restarted some of this work where it can be carried out safely while maintaining social distancing. All other planned works are on hold until further notice.

Paying rent and financial support

If you need help or advice on paying your rent or support on other financial matters, please contact us.

Support services

We're continuing to provide a range of support services, click here to see the services we provide.

Care services

We're continuing to provide care services. There are no changes to the provision of services and if a carer attends your home they'll wear the appropriate PPE.

Lettings, ending a tenancy and mutual exchanges.

We're continuing to carry out lettings and you can end a tenancy should you chose to.

We're pausing new applications for mutual exchanges but will continue to manage those that are already taking place

Home sales

Our home sales programme has not been impacted. If you wish to register an interest in buying a home from us, fill out our online form.

As the situation is constantly evolving, we’ll be using our website and social media to provide you with information should there be any changes to the provision of our services.

  • high temperature
  • new, continuous cough
  • loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

Anyone showing these symptoms over the age of five can book a test through the GOV website.
