Hillier's Lane is another site we're delivering in conjunction with our regular development partner, Woodstock Homes. We’re delivering eight homes through a Section 106 agreement for social rent and shared ownership. These homes will also meet EPC A standards and include a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom properties.
Work is progressing on the site, with the first handovers expected in winter 2026.
