Your Home and Community is our printed newsletter created specifically for customers living in our age‑restricted schemes. Many of these customers told us they are less likely to see updates shared on social media or our website, so we worked with them to create a newsletter that helps them stay informed and connected.
The newsletter was developed in collaboration with customers following a trial edition in 2025, involving five of our age‑restricted schemes.
Published twice a year, Your Home and Community is a four‑page newsletter featuring the latest news, games and puzzles, along with stories from customers and colleagues.

Not even the wet weather could dampen spirits as more than 300 customers, colleagues and local organisations came together to celebrate 20 years of Alliance Homes.
We’ve taken a step forward in our commitment to digital inclusion by upgrading the accessibility toolbar on our websites and on Connect.
Keeping our customers safe is our top priority. From 30 November 2026, changes to Awaab's Law will strengthen how we respond to a wider range of serious housing hazards, including issues that could affect your health, safety and wellbeing.
