We want our services to be good and meet your expectations, especially when you help pay for them through service charges.

We want to continuously improve the services we provide so that they meet customers’ expectations.

As part of this, we’re piloting a customer-led programmed called Estate Champions, giving customers to chance to tell us what they think about the grounds maintenance and communal cleaning services where they live.

This’ll help us understand what is working well and what we need to improve.

What you’ll do as an Estate Champion

Once a month, we’ll ask you to complete a short survey about the quality of the services where you live. It only takes a few minutes and includes questions about:

  • Cleanliness of communal spaces
  • Grounds maintenance
  • The quality of services from our contractors
  • Any issues or areas for improvements.

About the programme

The Estate Champions programme is a pilot that we're running in some of some of our age-restricted schemes, homes for people aged 55+.

We are inviting certain schemes to take part.
