Phases 5b and 4a of the Mead Fields regeneration of the former RAF base are located next to each other and close to many of our homes in Weston-super-Mare.
Phase 5b is being developed in partnership with Chippenham-based Backhouse Housing. Alliance Homes will deliver 11 new homes, comprising a mix of two and three-bedroom houses, along with a one-bedroom flat.
Next door, phase 4a will deliver 12 new homes in collaboration with Wain Homes. These will feature a mix of maisonettes, as well as two, three, and four-bedroom houses.
Construction is already underway at both sites. Homes at both sites will be available for both shared ownership and affordable rent from autumn 2026.
