We’re planning to deliver around 50 new affordable homes on a brownfield site on the south side of Clevedon.
The Millcross site, previously occupied by a supermarket, was acquired from the NHS through a partnership transaction with North Somerset Council.
As at January 2026, we're currently progressing our plans and working towards the following timetable:
- Spring / Summer 2026 – Community and stakeholder consultation
- Late Summer / Autumn 2026 – Submission of planning application
- Late Summer / Autumn 2027 – Construction to begin (subject to planning approval)
- Summer 2029 – Projected completion of construction
