The former Oxford Instruments site in Yatton was acquired with support from Homes England grant funding and will be developed in partnership with our regular development partner, Woodstock Homes.
Plans for this site include 58 new homes, offering a mix of shared ownership and social rent. Construction is anticipated to begin in 2027, subject to planning. You can view the details of the planning submission here.
