Valley Oaks is a site we're delivering in conjunction with our development partner, Woodstock Homes. The site will provide 33 affordable homes. Of these, 20 homes will be delivered through a Section 106 agreement, and 13 homes will be funded by a Homes England grant.
The development will offer a mix of one to four-bedroom homes, available for shared ownership, social rent, and affordable rent, offering a range of options for local families. Every home will achieve Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) A standards, meaning lower running costs for our customers.
Work is progressing on the site, with work expected to start on site in Spring 2026 and the first handovers are expected in November 2026.
