We're working with developers Edenstone to bring 16 social rent homes to Weston-super-Mare.
When finished the new homes will be a mix of one, to four bed homes. All homes will be built to have an Energy Performance Certificate of A and include air-source heat pumps, solar panels and have charge points for electric vehicles.
The development which was part funded by Homes England, also includes a large green space to enhance community space benefit and biodiversity.
Work on the site has started and is expecting to be complete by winter 2026.
