Company Membership

Company membership gives individuals a formal connection to Alliance Homes. Members don't receive financial returns as they might in for-profit organisations, but they do have a say in how the organisation is run. For example, they can vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and help shape the future of the organisation.

Our Company Membership Policy explains who can become a shareholding member of Alliance Homes. Membership is open to eligible tenants, leaseholders, independent board members, and people who live or work in North Somerset and support our goals. To apply, you’ll need to meet the criteria and agree to follow our rules and policies. Applications are reviewed by the Company Secretary, with final approval from the Board. If accepted, your name will be added to our membership register. Membership is reviewed annually.

If you would like to apply an application form can be found at the bottom of the page.
