We provide a range of free support services to help customers and residents across North Somerset live safe, independent, and fulfilling lives. In 2024/25, we supported 6,540 residents through our services.

In partnership with North Somerset Council, we offer high-quality support to all residents, regardless if they're an Alliance Homes customer. These council-funded services include Tenancy Support, Home from Hospital, and Support for Carers.

Our Social Prescribing service is available to patients registered with Pier Health.

Alliance Homes customers can also access specialist services such as our Home Energy Advice Team and Money Advisors.

We work with local, regional, and national support organisations to ensure widespread support. Where our services are not available, we will signpost individuals to suitable alternatives.
