Help with rent arrears, debt and benefits

If you're struggling with your finances, it's important to reach out as soon as possible. We offer a range of support services to help you manage money worries and get back on track.

Our Money Advice Service offers confidential support to help you manage debt and understand your finances.

Our Income Officers are to help if you're struggling to pay your rent and other charges. They can work with you to create sustainable and management payments if you fall into arrears.

Our Springboard Fund provides emergency support to help over essentials costs.

We've also got information on benefits and welfare, helping you understand what's available, what're entitled to and how to access it.

Our support and approach to managing debt is outlined in our Debt Management Policy, which applies to all customers who pay rent or service charges.
