What is a Managing Agent?

A Managing Agent is a company employed by the owner of a building or land, that looks after shared or communal areas in a building or on a neighbourhood. This can include

Shared hallways and stairwells
Communal gardens and green spaces
Parking areas
Private roads, that are not maintained by the council
Communal repairs and maintenance.

You will see this described as 'Third-party managing agent' on your service charge statement. We pay the Manging Agents and then recover these costs from you in your service charge.

If you have queries or issues in relation to the services provided to you, please contact us in the first instance and we will liaise with the managing agent responsible on your behalf.
