We have a team of dedicated Tenancy Officers, who you'll be introduced to during your settling in period.

Your Tenancy Officer is here to help you make the most of your home and community. Providing you with advice, guidance and support to help you manage your tenancy confidently and feel safe and settled where you live.

What they do:

  • Offer support with any issues that may affect your tenancy
  • Respond to and follow up on any cause for concerns reported to us about a tenants wellbeing or the condition of their home
  • Provide advice on how to manage your home and meet your tenancy conditions
  • Investigate tenancy breaches or concerns such as subletting or property misuse.
  • Work closely with other Alliance Homes teams and partner agencies to make sure you get the right support when you need it.

What they don't do:

  • They don't handle repairs or maintenance. Visit our repairs webpage for more information about reporting your concerns.
  • They don't manage rent payments or arrears. We have a team of dedicated Income Officer who can help if you're struggling to pay your rent and other charges.
  • They don't investigate Anti-Social Behaviour that's handled by our Community Safety Team, report your concerns here.
  • They don't deal with parking disputes, fly tipping or other environmental issues, these are managed by your local council.
