Each year we publish our Annual Report, a review of what we’ve achieved and our performance over the past year.
This year we’ve delivered better services and invested more in our homes thanks to the support, feedback, and collaboration we’ve received from our customers, colleagues, and partners.
By listening more closely and understanding more deeply we’ve been able to act with greater clarity and continue our progress towards our five strategic priorities. We’ve seen encouraging results, with customer satisfaction rising by 6% across our services. This includes improvements in how customers feel about our repairs service and the overall value they receive for their rent.
The report explains how these improvements were achieved, and the positive effect they’ve had for our customers. We’ve included customer stories to bring the numbers to life.
