We're working with developers Persimmon Homes to bring 25 new homes for social rent and shared ownership to Backwell.
When finished the new homes will be a mix of one-bed to three-bed houses and flats. All homes will be built to have an Energy Performance Certificate of B.
Three of the houses will be bungalows that are adapted for wheelchair use.
Work on the site has started and the homes are being handed between between summer this year and the end of the year.
