We're working with developers Newland Homes to bring 11 new homes for social rent and shared ownership to Banwell.
When finished the new homes will be a mix of one to four bed homes. All homes will be built to have an Energy Performance Certificate of A.
Five of the homes will be bungalows, two of which will be fully adapted for wheelchair use.
Work on the site has started and the homes will start to be completed between summer this year and spring next year.
