Do I need permission for a water meter?

No, you can go ahead unless any alterations are needed to the fittings, you may need to check for permission.

Can I make improvements to my property

Yes, however, you will need to put in a request to Alliance Homes first. One of our surveyors will review your request and confirm if permission will be granted.

Can I have an over bath shower fitted?

If you have a disability need, we will consider this, following an occupational therapists recommendation. Take a look at the adaptations section of our website to find out more. Otherwise if you wish to have one fitted yourself then please complete the home improvement request form.

Can I have a bath fitted instead of the shower cubicle I have?

When your bathroom suite is due for replacement, we may consider it then. To find out when your bathroom is due for replacement fill out an online enquiry form or call us on 03000 120 120.

Can I install an electric vehicle (EV) charge point at my home?

In order to have an electric vehicle charge point installed at your home, you will need to submit a request to seek permission for the installation.
 
There are a number factors we have to consider as part of the permission process such if you have your own driveway, if the charging cables will create a tripping hazard. This will all be considered in the review of our request.
