Registration helps us plan the event and understand anticipated attendance levels. 

Attendees are encouraged to register in advance using Eventbrite or any alternative registration route provided by Alliance Homes. 

Attendance is not restricted solely to registered guests. However, admission remains subject to venue capacity limits. 

The event operates on a drop-in basis throughout the day. 

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone attending, admission is subject to venue capacity limits. 

If the venue reaches maximum safe occupancy, attendees may be asked to wait before entering until sufficient capacity becomes available. 

Complimentary food and refreshments will be available during the event and will be distributed using vouchers issued on arrival. 

Each attendee will receive vouchers for: 

• One main course allocation  
• One dessert allocation 
• One hot or soft drink allocation.

Food and refreshments are available during the event, subject to availability.

Alliance Homes will make reasonable provision based on anticipated attendance levels; however, supplies cannot be guaranteed for all attendees and may be limited if attendance exceeds expectations. 

No cash alternative will be offered. 

Dietary requirements should be provided during registration wherever possible. 

While Alliance Homes and event suppliers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 

Attendees with allergies or specific dietary requirements should exercise their own judgement before consuming food or drink. 

Children and young people attending the event must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. 

Parents, guardians and carers remain responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children in their care throughout the event. 

Photography and filming will take place throughout the event for promotional, marketing and reporting purposes. 

By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, video footage or other event content. 

Anyone who does not wish to appear in photographs or video footage should make themselves known to a member of the event team on arrival. 

Alliance Homes will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests. 

Alliance Homes is committed to making the event accessible and welcoming to all attendees. 

Anyone requiring reasonable adjustments should indicate this during registration or contact us in advance of the event where possible. 

Only recognised assistance dogs are permitted within the event venue.

Alliance Homes aims to provide a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees. 

Attendees may be asked to leave if they behave in a manner that may: 

• Place themselves or others at risk 
• Cause distress to other guests 
• Cause damage to property 
• Disrupt the enjoyment of the event. 

Attendees remain responsible for their own belongings. 

Alliance Homes accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal possessions brought to the event.

In the unlikely event that the celebration needs to be cancelled, postponed or significantly altered due to circumstances beyond our control, Alliance Homes will provide updates through our website, social media channels and other appropriate communication channels.
