We have homes across five local authority areas in the West of England, these are: North Somerset, Bristol, Somerset, Bath and North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

Our homes include properties for social rent, which are advertised through local authorities choice-based lettings systems, as well as Rent to Buy and Shared Ownership options to help you take your first step onto the property ladder.

Some of our homes are specifically designed for people aged 55 and over and we have some properties for those who need additional support to live independently.

You can also move into one of our homes by swapping your current property through a mutual exchange.

To learn more about how we allocate homes, you can read our Lettings Policy.

You can also view our Rent to Buy Policy and Shared Ownership Policy for information on how these schemes are managed.
