Alliance Homes is partnering with National Trust to offer all its customers a FREE pass to visit Tyntesfield from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026.

The free pass is available to all Alliance Homes customers, regardless of tenancy type, as well as residents who are currently accessing one of our support services. The pass allows two adults and all household members under 18 free access to Tyntesfield.

How to apply for your free pass

To apply for your free pass, complete the webform below.

Once your application is confirmed, our Customer Engagement team (customerengagement@alliancehomes.org.uk) or Support service colleague will email you confirmation of your free pass, which you will need to show at the reception desk at  National Trust - Tyntesfield.

 Terms and conditions

  • Alliance Homes is offering a free pass to visit the National Trust site, Tyntesfield. This pass is valid from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026.
  • If you are a customer applying for a free pass the application must be made by the lead tenant, or a joint tenant listed on the tenancy agreement and only include household members.
  • If you are a support service user (including those accessing our Tenancy Support Service, Home Energy Advice Service or Carers Support Service), the adult receiving support must complete the application.
  • The free pass allows entry for two adults, with no limit on the number of children included. Adults are defined as individuals aged 18 and over, while children are those aged 5 to 17. Children under the age of 5 can enter all National Trust sites for free.
  • Please note that the free pass is valid only for Tyntesfield and does not include access to other National Trust sites.
  • Parking and any other charges are not covered by the pass.
  • To apply for a free pass, email customerengagement@alliancehomes.org.uk and wait for confirmation from Alliance Homes’ Customer Engagement team.
  • To redeem your your pass at Tyntesfield, present your confirmation email from Alliance Homes at the reception desk.
  • The pass cannot be resold and may only be used by the applicant named on the booking.
  • The National Trust may ask you to verify your name and other relevant information.
