What's special about HIVE?
Traditional approaches to customer engagement have often been limited to those who are available at a specific time. We really want to understand the views and needs of as many of our customers as possible. HIVE makes it easier than ever before for everyone to get involved.
Other involvement
In addition to HIVE we'll also deliver other activities to ensure everyone can be included. We'll sometimes therefore have face to face opportunities and continue to do some telephone surveys when needed.
