We helped a customer clear £1,200 of energy debt

The service was launched earlier this year to help customers better manage their home energy usage, save money, and ease energy bill anxiety.
Recently, the team helped a customer write off £1,200 of back bills and discovered discrepancies between actual energy usage and estimated meter readings.
By working with the supplier, the Home Energy Advisor helped ensure that future meter readings are updated regularly and correctly with their support.
The customer described the support as a huge relief, lifting a weight off their shoulders and helping them get back on track with their energy costs.
