We've developed a Customer Engagement Framework that sets out how we want customer voices to influence our services, inform our decisions and ensure we delivery the best possible outcomes for you.
One of the ways we do this is through our Customer Panels. So, if you are an Alliance Homes customer who wants to make a difference for your community and shape our services? We have a number of customers panels you can be a part of.
Accessibility
All customer panel meetings are held in accessible venues, including Alliance Homes offices in Portishead and Weston-super-Mare and our community hubs.
Meetings can be held in person, online or a hybrid sessions to meet customers' needs. We can also provide documents in alternative languages, formats and sizes in line with our Reasonable Adjustments Policy.
